Mrs Whelan C11

Hi everyone. Welcome back to our Home Learning. Hope you are all well. Just a reminder for all children going to St Martins, if you haven't already sent myself or Mr Seamons an email stating which friends you would like to be with, please can you do so.

Hello everyone, hope you are all ok.  There will be no work set for this week as it is half term. Enjoy the sunshine and stay safe!

I hope that you all had a nice Easter. Welcome back to our home learning! We will continue with our topic on Champions. At the moment the real champions are the NHS and this week we are going to be making a video. I'm looking forward to this!

As before all activities are on Google Classroom. I will also post our timetable on here and also on the classroom page. Any problems, drop me an email.

Hope you're all ok.

Lots of Love

Well it's been a very strange time for all of us. I have seen some excellent work on Google Classrooms and I would like to thank parents for their efforts here, I know that Home Learning is not easy! For those, who haven't done so, please could you sign up to Google Classrooms. I think you will enjoy it.

Teachers in Key Stage Two have suspended all formal lessons for the Easter holidays, but we have provided a table with a list of activities for you to complete, if you so wish. I look forward to receiving photos and videos of these activities over the next 2 weeks.

Happy Easter everyone x

Timetable for week beginning 30/3

Timetable for week beginning 23/3/20

Week beginning 23/3 : Work has been placed on google classroom .

Google Classroom has now been set up for children to access . Myself and Mr Seamons have made 3 classes, one for maths sets, one for English sets and then one for our own classes . Therefore each child needs to accept the invitation to join 3 groups, depending on what sets they are in.
Work will be placed on the google classes and children can then submit it to us .

If anyone has difficulty accessing google classrooms, please email me and I will do my best to help.

Keep safe

Mrs Whelan

Curriculum Overview Spring Term

Welcome to Class 11!

Welcome to Year 6 and Class 11.

Our PE days this year will be on a Tuesday and Friday (Until further notice). Children will need to have shorts,  a t-shirt and trainers on these days. As the weather gets colder, they will need a warmer top and tracksuit bottoms for our lesson on Friday.

The children will be given homework every week on a Friday. This must be returned to school by the following Tuesday. It is important that this is completed especially as the children will soon be moving to their Comprehensive schools.
