Summer term 1

Our topic this term is Celebrations 

This half term we will be finding out about lots of different types of celebrations. We will be discussing birthdays, weddings, religious celebrations and lots of other times that are special to us. We will have lots of fun organising two events. First we will be party planners and will have to think about all the details that go into birthday party planning. We will be creating invitations, designing birthday cards and making sure we have enough of each party hat and plate! We will then have a big job ahead as we will be planning and taking part in a mock wedding. There will be lots to plan and prepare for the big day, we will design wedding outfits, design and make sandwiches for the buffet and lots more!
