Welcome to Year 3! We hope you are excited to join the juniors. 

In Year 3 we have two classes. The teachers are Mrs Allin (Class 7) and Ms Poulakis (Class 6).  Our teaching assistant is Mrs Nash.

SEESAW

Please make sure you have signed up for SEESAW.  If you need a code please send us an email. 

Seesaw is our main source of communication.  We send class announcements, messages and share work and pictures.

P.E days

Our P.E days are Monday (indoor) and Thursday (outdoor)

Children are to wear their P.E kits to school on the above days.

They will need warm outdoor clothing (wear layers) and trainers.

Earrings need to be taken out on these days unless they are able to take them out themselves prior to the session.

What else do you need to know

• Reading books are to be brought into school on your reading day.  We will read with your child and return the book the same day.  
• You can send a fruit or veg snack in for morning break. Fruit can also be purchased from school.  This is commence on 11th September 2023
• Communication regarding homework, news and updates about your child learning will be through SEESAW so make sure you get your QR code and download the SEESAW family app.

Autumn 1

We will begin with the topic 'Way back when' and we will be primarily focusing on Early history including: Dinosaurs, 'The Ice Age' and 'The Stone Age'.
