Class Information 

PE days : Mondays and Thursdays  - Pupils are to wear P.E. kits into school on this day.

Reading books : Your child will be provided with reading material in the form of a comic, novel, annual etc from the school. They will be reading in school, but if you could help and encourage your child to read while at home that would be really helpful, thank you!

Google

Year 5 will be using Google's G-suite for education to enhance their learning and complete tasks both in school and at home. Your children have their account details and work will be set via Google Classroom. Below is a useful link to see the benefits of using this platform and for those who are unsure.

This knowledge-rich main project teaches children about developments and changes over six periods of ancient Greek history, focusing on the city state of Athens in the Classical age, and exploring the lasting legacy of ancient Greece.
