Hello class 9, I am really missing each and every one of you so much.
Firstly, a big thank you for the all work and messages you have all sent. I am so pleased with how well you have adapted to this new way of learning and how hard you are all working with your families at home! We are all learning together and your positivity and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.
As it is now the Easter holidays, there is no expectation for you to continue the daily routine of set work. However, I have attached a grid with a variety of fun activities / tasks for you to do if you would like to. I would love to see some of your activities if you do have a go at them so please feel free to share them with me!
Finally, I hope that you have an Easter that sees you and your loved ones healthy and safe! I am very proud of each and every one of you - you absolute stars!
Be good, Stay safe, Be happy.

We will also look at what daily life was like and will be looking at how crime was punished. we will also find out about illnesses and medicines and researching the explorers of the time.
During the Rugby World Cup 2019, we did the #RuntoJapan fundraising, to improve our fitness and also because we tried to get there before the world cup started!! It was 6019 miles!! It required us to run at least a mile every day. I loved it because we got to do it with friends!! We did it for 5 WEEKS OMG THAT’S ALOT. Mia
Our class and the rest of the school had to run to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. It took us five weeks ,and some even ran three miles during each run.It included us doing laps around the yards ,some walked some ran and some jogged but we all did our best! We did six thousand and nineteen miles as a school #FITNESS Archie
Our task was to make fruity snacks for children to buy at break times. We went and spent about £8 in ASDA or a bit more for the ingredients and raw materials. My group made turtles out of grapes apples and kiwi. We made a huge profit of £64 altogether. The reason for making these adorable snacks was to raise awareness of more suitable healthy snacks for break times to become a Healthy school. Emily
As part of our Potions topic, we had a fruity tuck shop at break time, where we created the snacks. When we made our own fruit snacks, we sold a fruit kebab for 50p and fizzy pop for 20p. We also got about £27 and our whole class made £60 all together. Our product was called fruit rockets!!!!!!!! We had….kiwis, apple, strawberry, pineapple. We did this to fundraise for our Harry Potter trip. Mya
This was a fun task to do. As part of our potions topic, we were told that we were going to have a potty potions afternoon. We got to do loads of different experiments where some exploded and others danced. The dancing hearts were fun. All we used was lemonade and love hearts . Next I did tornados where we used water glitter and food colouring. Then you put the lid on turn it upside down and shake it. In addition we made lemon volcanoes. We used a lemon the we put vinegar on the lemon then it exploded. The next one was a fun one we used coke and mentos and it shot in the air. Poppy
