Important Information

PE is on a Thursday and children should come to school wearing their PE kit (which they keep on all day). This should be joggers/leggings and a tshirt, jumper or hoodie and trainers.

Snack is £1 per week. We provide children with a fruit option at snack time as well as a bottle of milk. Please make sure that they have a water bottle in school with them. 

 

 

 

We are delighted to introduce our festive new topic, Tinsel and Toys! Over the next few weeks, the children will explore the wonderful world of play, past and present. Using the movie Toy Story to spark our imaginations, we will be thinking about what makes a toy special and how we can be kind friends to one another. We will also become little historians as we look at how much we have grown, comparing the baby toys from our toddler days to the toys we love playing with now. 

We will be planning a Teddy Bears Picnic, where the children can bring their favourite soft toy to school for a day of sharing and fun. As the festive season approaches, our classrooms will fill with tinsel, seasonal crafts, and Christmas activities. Alongside our holiday celebrations, we will discover the meaning behind the season by learning about the Nativity and retelling the story of Jesus' birth together. We are looking forward to a truly magical half term ahead!
